All authorized returns must be shipped within 10 days, and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All approved returns after 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns should be insured for the full amount by the shipper. All authorized returns must be carefully packed in the original carton when possible. Any additional damage during the return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved and will be deducted from the total refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Pre-orders You have the right to cancel your pre-order at anytime. Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund at anytime with no penalty charges.
You will receive an email update once your pre-order is in stock.
Once you have been contacted that your order is ready to ship, you have one week from the day you have been contacted to pay any remaining balance left on your order, if applicable. Failure to pay the remaining balance at the end of the day, 11:59 PM EST, from receiving the one week notice, will result in your parts being sold to the next customer in-line on the pre-order list, or put on our website for sale. Furthermore, your pre-order will be canceled and we will issue a full refund of your pre-order to the initial payment method used at checkout, if applicable. Otherwise, we will issue your refund in a form of a check.
If you would like to extend the one week period from receiving your notice, we can arrange to extend the one week period to pay any remaining balance, but it is not guaranteed and you must inform us before the end of the day of the one week period from receiving your notice.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
