AMS COMPOSITES offers a lifetime warranty on select products.

AMS COMPOSITES warrants all our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time it is shipped. Not covered under warranty is damage to the material or paint as a result of impact or stress unless specifically stating otherwise. This is a conditional warranty. Any product deemed to be defective by AMS COMPOSITES and returned to AMS COMPOSITES will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of AMS COMPOSITES. AMS COMPOSITES does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for, the removal and replacement labor, freight/shipping costs--if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred. The expressed limit of AMS COMPOSITES liability is for the product replacement {Warranty} is limited by the original sales price of the product, as evident by the original purchase order to and the invoice from AMS COMPOSITES. All products sold by AMS COMPOSITES are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. AMS COMPOSITES is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the department of transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/ highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for your own actions.

Professional installation of body kits and body related parts i.e. hoods, fenders, grills, etc. is highly recommended. Hood pins are highly recommended for aftermarket hoods. AMS COMPOSITES is not responsible for any items damaged during installation. AMS COMPOSITES is not liable for typographical errors on websites and printed materials.
